Retarder – R2T
The Fabristeel Pizza Dough Retarder complements perfectly to the Pizza Dough Proofer.
Its uniquely designed help to slow down and stop the proofing process of the dough. It also serves as a storage to help keep the fresh fermented dough until ready for use.
Temperature controller is use to helps keep the Retarder’s internal temperature consistent thus giving same result each time.
Environmental friendly, the Retarder uses CFC free refrigerant as the source of cooling and CFC free polyurethane foam as a source of insulation.
Triple Tier stainless steel trolley that can fit up to 14” pizza pans are used.
Similar to our Proofer, our Retarder is designed to be trolley loaded effortlessly transferring large batches of pizza dough to and fro between the Retarder and the Proofer.
