This is the ideal appliance for the preparation of ground beef, hamburger steak, sausages, pâtés…
It can mince all kinds of meat, including the most difficult ones.
Mincer body in stainless steel (ø 70 mm).
Reverse mode in case of jamming.
Delivered with 3 different mincing plates: ø 3mm, 4.5mm, and 8mm holes.
A set of 3 sausages cones is available in option, to use with a special plate with Ø20 mm holes.
Easy to assemble, dismantle and to clean: all removable parts are dishwasher safe.
