The Fabristeel Holding Cabinet is a highly efficient fully insulated cabinet that is designed to keep your food safe, hot and fresh at their desired temperature until it’s ready to be served.

Two powerful, high efficient fans and a high capacity heating element, together with its specially designed interior, will help to re-circulates and uniformly distributes those hot humidified air across all levels. The quick recovery system will help maintains consistent inside temperatures even through frequent opening and closing of doors.

Food can then be prepared ahead of time, which reduces the labor required during peak periods.
